House in Lansdown, Bath

We extended this 1930s Bath house to create a games room and sun room with a studio above, linking externally to a new swimming pool. At the same time the entrance was reconfigured to make it more worthy of its Arts & Crafts heritage.

The oak frame extension has contemporary sliding folding doors linking the games room to an outside terrace, with an amphitheatre down to the swimming pool.  An oak posted loggia was created on the entrance side linking through to a double garage and forming an entrance courtyard.
