Manor Court Cottage
Originally two cottages, Manor Court Cottage was a jumble of small spaces and extensions. WB&F took on the brief to rationalise the layout by creating a new glazed link that lets light into the centre of the house. As seen in the before and after shots below, the alterations and refurbishment rejuvenated the house, to create a light-filled family home.
The former coach house was converted into a boot room on the ground floor, linked to the rest of the house by the glazed extension. On the first floor, the roof space was turned into a master en-suite with a new opening connecting to the main house.
