Grade I listed apartment in Royal Crescent, Bath

We re-planned and extended this run down, Grade I listed flat in Bath’s Royal Crescent to create a stylish, contemporary apartment within its original Georgian setting.

After demolishing the Victorian rear addition, we formed a new extension and introduced a mezzanine floor to create more living space.  The result is an elegant, light-filled family home, its design informed by the judicious use of modern materials throughout.
