Royal Crescent Hotel

Our brief was to link two separate Grade I listed townhouses in the centre of the Royal Crescent to form an exceptional hotel.

After extensive negotiations with the local planning authority and various heritage bodies, major structural works were undertaken to breach the party wall and form the central lobbies, together with a substantial refurbishment programme for the public rooms and the bedroom suites.

Subsequently, a new Dower House was designed and built for the gardens of the hotel, to house a now renowned restaurant, and other outbuildings were altered to create further bedrooms and spa facilities.
