Grade II listed watermill
This grade II water mill was a small, derelict, stone built structure with the remains of the Victorian cast iron undershot wheel in the adjacent garden. Our brief was to extend and refurbish the building with a large living area looking out onto the river.
Barn conversion near Bradford-on-Avon
We were asked to convert this imposing 19th century grain barn into a spacious contemporary home, with the adjacent piggery as additional accommodation.
Grade II listed barn conversion near Cirencester
When this grade II barn was acquired by our clients it was a large, nineteenth century granary barn, part of which had origins in the eighteenth century with cast iron windows. The brief was to create a large, airy and exciting environment with four bedrooms, en suite bathrooms, two studies and a large library area.

These were a simple courtyard range of traditional Somerset barns in a derelict state. The brief was to convert them into four properties, creating a distinctive and original atmosphere of their own.
